Meet Victoria Livingstone

VICTORIA LIVINGSTONE is a writer, scholar, and editor with far too many projects. Her work has been published in outlets including Time, UNESCO Ideas Lab, and The Washington Post. She is the author of a book on translation and Latin American literature (forthcoming from Bloomsbury Academic) and the translator of Song from Xibalba, a book of Maya poetry by Pablo García (forthcoming in a new edition from Amherst College Press). She publishes a free newsletter on AI and writing called Human Generated and she is finishing a collection of literary essays on motherhood (six of the essays in the collection have already been published in literary magazines). She is the managing editor of MLN, a multilingual journal of literary scholarship published by Johns Hopkins University Press. She lives in Summit, NJ with her six-year-old daughter Azalea.
